Raw Spring Pollen

3 oz. of fresh, undehydrated bee pollen harvested during the spring bloom from our apiary in Grays Ferry, South Philly. The pollen has a naturally sweet, honey-like flavor and a soft, powdery texture. The bright color reflects the diversity of wildflowers it’s collected from. Because it’s never heat-treated or dehydrated, it retains its full range of natural enzymes, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants.

Raw pollen is also a highly concentrated source of protein—containing up to 35% protein by weight, with all essential amino acids. Gram for gram, it can have as much or more protein than meat, fish, or eggs.

It’s often used as a nutritional supplement to support energy, immunity, and overall wellness—though these benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA. Store refrigerated to preserve freshness.
